Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. No heating option. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 small room with 1 double sofabed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower/bidet/WC. Small patio. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Please note: suitable for families. TV only ES, DE, FR. VT-444772-A

Modern bungalow "Miramar", 2 storeys, renovated in 2018. In the district of Benimeit 5 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 3.5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden, swimming pool kidney-shaped (depth 90 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Moraira

Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 85 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, concerts, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Situated in a bay and surrounded by beautiful countryside full of fertile fields, small typical houses and farms. Market on Fridays. Fresh fish every morning. Car is recommended. R: EGVT-5-A.

Prachtige ligging op de berg met magnifiek uitzicht op zee Er is helaas geen WiFi en 4G bereik op de berg erg instabiel Geen volwaardige vier slaapplaatsen (bedbank in ruimte waar geen airconditioning is) Manoeuvreren met auto in nauw steegje op terrein vereist enige rijvaardigheid, keren niet mogelijk. Tijdens verblijf vier kakkerlakken aantroffen

El apartamento está muy bien, todo es muy nuevo, ya que se reformó en 2018. Las vistas son estupendas, aunque es imprescindible tener coche ya que se encuentra alejado. Aunque se indicaba que la televisión tenía canales españoles solo se sintonizaban 3 canales internacionales por satélite, y no se cogían los canales de la TDT española. Para hacer el alojamiento perfecto deberían plantearse mejorar ese aspecto así como poner wifi, ya que la cobertura es muy mala.

En general bien. El calentador de agua no funcionaba demasiado bien y goteaba, haciendo ruido por la noche. El toldo de la terraza era demasiado sensible al viento y se recogía enseguida, con lo que no tuvimos demasiada sombra. No había internet y la cobertura era muy mala.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht, da ein Hauptargument die vorhandene Klimaanlage und die optisch sehr schöne Poolanlage war. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hat über den gesamten Reisezeitraum nicht funktioniert und wurde auch in dieser Zeit nicht repariert. Deshalb haben wir die Matratzen ins Wohnzimmer transportiert und haben dort genächtigt, da dort die Klimaanlage funktioniert hat. Bei der Poolanlage war über den ganzen Zeitraum keine Liege vorhanden. Wir haben uns Liegen für € 80,00 ge.

Wir bedanken uns für das Feedback. Die Klimaanlage wurde inzwischen in Ordnung gebracht. Die Liegestühle mussten damals leider aufgrund von COVID Restriktionen entfernt werden.

Très bel appartement, superbe vue, secteur calme Confortable, équipement au top ! Grande piscine collective à 50m. Stationnement un peu compliqué devant l'appartement l'allée étant très étroite (si grand véhicule)
