Well equipped, great pool, clean villa. Very quiet residential area, high up , car needed. Make be add a hairdryer!

Perfect location with sea view. Very quiet area. Town center a few minutes away. Functional house nothing is missing. The only downside is the bedding that has lived too much!

Las Boyas is an excellent accommodation. Sober, but fully furnished and with air conditioning. Although there are two bathrooms, only one is located near the bedrooms. The other is in the basement. Kitchen is fully equipped. Beds are of minimal quality and one bed is only 190 cm long. There was deferred maintenance. Clogged drains, coffee machine full of limescale, squeaking air conditioning, etc. Outside is a beautiful swimming pool, which is well maintained and clean.

We have been coming to this house for years, but the neglected garden is now noticeable. We are quite ready to swing the broom in the garden ourselves, but then the pruning of the trees and hedges is probably too much to ask. In the next year the entrance will probably be overgrown. In the house, too, there would certainly have to be a lot of renovation, for example the joints in the shower. This time the cleanliness wasn't like in previous years - it's a shame, actually.

Everything was very clean. The pictures do not lie great house with pool perfect to go with small children. Furniture a bit old but in perfect condition. You have to drive to the beach if you go with small children but there is free parking near the beach.

Great Location with great outside space (especially pool). Easy (hilly) walk into Moraira. Nice - although dated - kitchen and living room. Lots of ants in the Kitchen, which got into our luggage due to not being able to hang clothes up in bedrooms. Very Poor Bedrooms downstairs which were in the Garage. They were musty with a strong drainage smell. No Air conditioning in bedrooms. We could not hang up clothes due to the smell. Upstairs toiled blocked on arrival.

I was with my family in this holiday home for 2 weeks. Previously, I rented around 25 houses and apartments in Spain through "Interhome". This house is two worlds. The better one is a wonderful garden with a swimming pool and a nice ground floor of the building (I mean the part that was shared with us). The much worse one, which spoiled everything, are the basements, or rather basements, which were adopted as bedrooms for the guests of this house (the hosts left 2 bedrooms on the ground floor without making them available to guests). These rooms are low and without ventilation, and are entered through a separate garage from the side of the building. Just stuffiness and a nightmare! In addition, on the 1st night we did not sleep at all because we were bitten mercilessly by mosquitoes. Only the purchase for over 70 euro of funds for these insects allowed to eliminate this inconvenience (shouldn't the owner / organizer of the holiday take care of it?) We all considered returning home after this wonderful night. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE !!!
