For shared use: small garden with lawn, swimming pool (10 x 11 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Roofed, parking at the house, public parking on the road. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café, bus stop 100 m, railway station 5 km, sandy beach "Playa de Moncofa" 300 m. Nearby attractions: Valencia 50 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Summer

Moncofa has Blue Flag beaches. The landing of "Santa Maria Magdalena" on 23rd July. Celebrated for more than 500 years from the sea. Other fiesta days: Noche de San Juan on 23rd June and San Antoni during the month of October. Beach, 6 km long. Surfing.
