Ideally located in a quiet area, easy parking, the apartment offers a magnificent view of the sea.

The accommodation is a bit old. The door to the bathroom is very warped, the extractor hood does not work and the crockery is poor. But the large terrace and the fantastic view make up for everything else. A great place to stay for a few days in good weather.

Apartment with beautiful views, clean and with all the comforts of an apartment

Unfortunately, this apartment does not correspond in part to the descriptions and the inventory shown in the photos: instead of a comfortable sofa, as shown in the pictures, we were provided with an old bed with a tattered mattress as a sofa. Back pain was predictable. Cleanliness was a foreign word, mold came out of the coffee pot, bowls and frying pans apparently had an allergy to dishwater after the previous tenant had used them! ...

Nice location and beautiful view. Apartment however old and dated. Lots of moisture in the morning. Had to air all day. Musty air in apartment. TV only had French channels.

The house is in a very quiet area, it is small but it has what is necessary to spend some great days. The only bad thing to review were the mattresses that are in poor condition and the dirty bedspreads. The best, the views.

The site is very quiet and cozy, the views are wonderful, very close to all the coves, also close to the sandbank, supermarkets and the center of Javea. The only thing that would stand out for being regular, on the bad side, are the mattresses (very bad), and the cushions (pillows), without covers and stained with moisture. Note that there are many mosquitoes. But the rest is really cool.

We had a great time in this accommodation. The view from the terrace is simply magnificent. The accommodation is well equipped and clean (apart from a stain on the sofa) We liked its location far from city centers and close to wild beaches.

The apartment is super clean, new and has a great terrace with sea views, it is just as it appears in the photo! The apartment is in a perfect location if you want to get away from the tumult of people that condenses in the El Arenal area. Being in the upper area blows a breeze that makes it nice to sleep. Supermarkets and bazaars nearby. Of course, you need a car to get around, or take a taxi. We will come back! We loved it.
