The house clearly shows the signs of eight years of continuous rental—it's worn. The kitchen cabinets are crooked, the drawers are warped, the mattresses are of the cheapest quality, and the furniture is badly worn and practically unusable. The dining table is an old, cheap, dark Chinese model with glass rims, along with simple white kitchen chairs that were never a set. The TV is merely a computer monitor, and the Wi-Fi is working.

Nice pool, not heated and no cover but in June this was not necessary. The infrastructure of the house is completely outdated. The refrigerator did not draw enough and the garden chairs were in a poor condition. The wifi is not secured and does not work properly. A good parasol would have been nice with a good parasol base. The price quality ratio is good. The location is great.

Very nice house, absolutely superb exterior. Quiet location and at the same time close to the Arenal. The fans in the rooms are very appreciable. The only thing missing was a parasol near the pool.

Pros: House close to the beach, 5 min. by car. Pool and outdoors. Kitchen and accessories. Outdoor terrace. The rest is fine. I would not hesitate to recommend it and even return.
