Very good, spacious and well-equipped house, nothing is missing... apart from the air conditioning. Very nice view of the bay from the terrace. Quiet location on the heights. Excellent interhome service on site, smiling, helpful and available.

The house itself is quite good, it is large and has everything to spend a good vacation. The worst thing is the maintenance of it, we have been 8 nights in September without light in the kitchen, and that we notify the same day of arrival. The next day the treatment plant stopped and stopped working (thankfully the gardener passed the next day) the garden lacked grass because the sprinkler irrigation did not work, we did not see the night light in the pool any day.

I have several times booked with Interhome and I was disappointed, firstly impossible to park the car inside because a horrible slope the cars rubbed the ground so we reversed. Many lights were not working (shower, downstairs toilet, garden ...). The refrigerator did not cool anything at all !!! And the Italian shower upstairs was broken the door ... it is not fixed and does not close! Even the mosaic of the swimming pool was peeling!

This is a very beautiful villa, with open views over the bay of Javea. House with 4 bedrooms, very simply (but sufficiently) equipped for a holiday in the sun. It is well maintained and very well located (10 minutes from the main beach, and 15 minutes from the coves). The pool is very large and deep enough to satisfy young and old. As for Interhome, they were responsive whenever we needed them. I recommend.

The house with exceptional views and is good as a whole, but during the stay we had quite a few problems. The biggest problem was that the pool was not clean, it was almost with swampy water (and it was not fixed during the whole stay), there are no lights in the garden at night and the ones in the pool do not work, the wifi did not work .. The water was also cut off on several occasions, but that was due to a fault in the area and not in the house. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Rustic villa, but overall pleasant. The negatives: Not possible the re-entry of a vehicle the slope being too important, (sill damaged while trying) Swimming pool the last dangerous step, barbecue not top. And some days a smell of fish on the outside. Mosquitoes present and no mosquito net except one bedroom.
