Large, beautiful terraced house "Montanar Plus". In the resort 350 m from the centre of Jávea - El Arenal, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (16 x 10 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Private: lawn for sunbathing, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop "cerca de calle Gagliari" 200 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 450 m, rocky beach "Benissero" 20 m. Tennis 800 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Attention: Groups of teenagers are not accepted.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Wir waren mit der Lage und der Ausstattung sehr zufrieden. Es gab genug Platz zum Ausruhen und die traditionelle, alte und schöne Innenausstattung trägt zum angenehmen Wohngefühl bei. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Lediglich die grossen Matratzen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil sie bei Bewegung und Umdrehung beben und die daneben schlafende Person wecken können. Ein Hinweis, wo man parken kann, wäre hilfreich. Insgesamt zu empfehlen. Danke den Gastgebern für die Großzügigkeit.
