When I made my reservation I asked if the swimming pool was heated because it is in the basement of the building and therefore not sunny. I was told that there was no problem. Excluding the pool temperature was 23 while most outdoor pools in Javea in August are 29-32 and the sea at 27. We were unable to enjoy this pool and in 3 weeks we weren't able to enjoy this pool. 'saw no one from the residence so bathe. It is indicated in the description, a balcony. Outside this balcony is only accessible by a bedroom which is opposite the kitchen and therefore unusable. The shower is unusable because it is too small. The description of Interhome is not correct.

Very nice, lovingly furnished, clean apartment in a top location, with parking space and enough space for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-sufficiency. You can eat on the covered terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of the Montgo. The internet and satellite TV work very well. Highly recommended.
