Very clean little house, just outside Javea so quiet in a residential area. Well equipped in all. With a large plot of land (without grass but like the whole region). The only small negative point is that the garden furniture is starting to date a little. We had a very good week there.

Spacious accommodation for 3 people. Comfortable beds. 2 small points to note / the toilet would have benefited from being outside the bathroom. An electric oven would have been a plus.

The interior could be more modern, but the place is beautiful with a nice large garden and a beautiful view.

We stayed in the house for 9 days in July and it was really lovely. It is in a really quiet neighbourhood just 5 min to the beach. The best thing was the garden (almost a forest) full of beautiful pine trees which gave a lot of shade and it was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon and evening. A lovely place if somebody seeks some quietness but also wants to be in short driving distance to the beach and Javae! I can really recommend the house :)
