The house isn't bad; it's well-equipped. But the customer service at the office takes all the fun out of the vacation. Starting with the lack of information, I called three times to ask something important for my daughter, and none of the three times did I get an accurate answer. To top it all off, when we arrived, the door wouldn't open. After a six-hour drive and two children, we had to wait an hour and a half for them to come and look at the door. After enduring the phone conversation, it leaves quite a lot to be said.
