L'Ancora Apartment 3 Jávea, Valencian Community

The opinion of the house is good because I think it is the third time I have gone to the same house, with that being said everything is only missing one more bathroom because there are five of us but otherwise everything is great in terms of cleanliness, location and treatment.

the talking place cannot be used because there is a wall on one side and you cannot get out of the car. the parking lot is too small. I parked on the street for 3 weeks. Next, I think that at temperatures of 32C there should be air conditioning in the apartment. we stayed on the beach until 7 p.m. because it was possible to stay there. it was colder than in the apartment bel klimosky!!!

The house for 5 people that we were is very good, it is spacious. Close to the beach, but facing a main street at night there is a lot of noise from cars and people. The first 2 nights we had a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen, disgusting! We notified the agency, they came to clean or fumigate and only a very small one appeared. Mattresses couldn't be worse, total eighties, the springs stuck in you. Bad smell in the closet... I do not recommend it at all.

This was our 3rd year staying in this apartment. 2 years ago I commented that the bathroom needed updating.This year we found a brand new bathroom.Well done to the owners - a great improvement.Hopefully we will be back in 2020.
