The apartment is very pleasant and well equipped despite a toaster and a coffee maker "out of date"! We regret a poorly done cleaning which forced us to clean the rooms again.

I was already two years ago in the same apartment. The location and views from the apartment are very good to be away from the hustle and bustle (not to go to Arenal). But the apartment is neglected, dilapidated and even unhygienic. It needs repairs and maintenance by the owner. I asked the agency for some things and they provided them to me, but I had to go get them myself. Two doors do not close and were not repaired during my stay

The apartment is very well located and the views are unbeatable, that cannot be denied. Now yes, the facilities are very old. When we showered we were left with the curtain in our hands, there was no hair dryer, the coffee maker was super old... in short, in the photos everything looks luxurious, but it needs a facelift.

All fabulous, a shame about the terrace furniture that were not in good condition and the mattresses on the beds.

The apartment has a very good location and views, but overall it is a bit run down, with very basic furnishings and, to some extent, tatty. The kitchenware, cutlery, crockery and glassware should be renewed.
