Children's pool, outdoor shower, single garage. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 100 m, café 150 m, bus stop "Parada antiguo Mas y Mas" 350 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 650 m. Surf school 600 m, sailing school 500 m, tennis 700 m.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Lovely apartment. Clean and well equipped. Great access to garden and pool. Perfect for our family of 4. Friendly complex well looked after we have stayed in other apartments at Golden Gardens and this one met our expectations. Key pick up and drop off was well managed.

Thought the apartment didn't have sufficient cups etc for invitation for friends was a little sparce. The work being carried out on the building site at the side of us music, grinding, from 8 - 00am just spoilt our holiday had to go out to avoid the, a lovely setting but couldn't relax around the pool, I've been using your company for a few years now and I feel that a refund would be appropriate. I'm looking forward to visit next year with yourselves. I stated this on the form that I handed in.

Appartement bien placé, spacieux, petit jardinet donnant sur la piscine. Javea est une station balnéaire tres agréable, plusieurs ambiances, El Arenal et ses restaurants et bars en bord de plage, Le cœur historique et le port et sa plage de galets. Tout pour passer un bon séjour.

Aunque en general el apartamento está muy bien, no nos dieron las llaves del garaje y se quedaron tan tranquilos. Al ser una urbanización con niños, hay que olvidarse de una buena siesta. Uno de los baños tenía un olor insoportable y permanente

Thanks for the feedback. We have been informed by our colleagues on spot that the garage keys were unfortunately broken and new ones had to be ordered which is why we were unable to provide them, for this we apologise however new ones are now available for use.
