The villa is in a very quiet spot and is set in very large grounds with lots of different seating areas. However, these areas could really do with some upkeep as parts were very overgrown. The sun loungers especially need renewing. The Villa itself is lovely, a bit tired in places but has a rustic feel. The pool was lovely, very large & clean - this really made the holiday for me.

The complex is actually pretty, however, we had the following problems: - on 4 out of 8 days, staff were on site without registering (no nudism possible) - pool filter and heating never worked properly (unusable) - there was dog shit all over the area, they couldn't get it removed - service, the Javea office.... 50% reachable by phone, but mostly only in Spanish, we were simply hung up, the office manager on site was unfriendly

The house is large with a beautiful outdoor space and quiet, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Large swimming pool which is pleasant for swimming. On the other hand, the exterior equipment has aged a little. The deckchairs are no longer in very good condition, as are the tables under the overhang of the house. There are the outdoor armchairs which remain in good condition. Inside the equipment is basic. The kitchen could do with some rejuvenation, the downside is that the master bedroom is in the outbuilding.

We regret not having found covers for the quilts. In terms of hygiene, it's not great to have a double sheet on which you put two single eiderdowns. Another small problem: when someone takes a shower downstairs, there is no more water in the bathroom of the first ... Otherwise, beautiful house where we had a good holiday.
