Situated in the countryside, a short drive outside the historic town of Jávea, this three-bedroom villa offers a tranquil, family-friendly escape within easy reach of the picturesque beaches and crystal-clear waters of Spain's Costa Blanca. With 325 days of sun each year, this corner of the Spanish coast is an ideal year-round destination, and the villa's design reflects that fact. Outside, an immaculate garden contains an inviting pool surrounded by sun loungers and several outdoor seating areas that can be cordoned off from the elements should it get a little chilly (a rarity in these parts). Elsewhere, a spacious living and dining area acts as the home's social hub, with comfy leather sofas and a wooden dining table with plenty of space for six. A well-equipped kitchen sits separately, great news for anyone who likes to be left to their own devices when preparing dinner. Finally, three cosy bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep, with the main bedroom offering the added advantage of a private balcony with far-reaching mountain views to wake up to each morning. Away from the villa, the charming cobbled streets and honey-coloured stone buildings of Jávea's Old Town are well worth wandering around. We'd highlight the bustling weekly market every Thursday as an ideal opportunity to stock up on locally sourced essentials ahead of the weekend. With produce procured, why not head to the secluded cove at Playa de la Granadella and spend the day lounging on the beach and swimming in its crystalline waters?
