Arenal Javea Apartment 4 Jávea, Valencian Community

Really enjoyed our week in Javea. The apartment was in a great location to explore Javea, with so many great restaurants within a few hundred metres. Parking was easy to obtain outside. Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked clean.

I had already rented this apartment in the past and this year I was more than disappointed the apartment is completely dilapidated the bathroom is worse than anything peeling paint, rusty shower broken furniture, the terrace is dirty and the garden furniture dirty and old-fashioned, the furniture is from another age, Honestly, it's a shame because this apartment could be very beautiful, the laundry room has cracks in the wall, the window was about to fall and the machine broke down for several days.

The bad state of the bathroom, with an old bathtub, WITHOUT ANY COMFORT OR RAILS TO ENTER AND EXIT. Bad taps and visible pipes. It does not correspond to the level of the rental price. The clothesline window does not close. And the iron board was useless, old and without a cover.

Good value for money and brilliant location! The shower was quite grubby and defo needs replacing aswell as parking not great in the evenings but the Air con very good in lounge and in between both bedrooms. Kitchen newly fitted and everything else spotless. Pool area lovely, towels and bedding provided. Electric flicked a few times and door to bathroom locked itself from outside but interhome was out to visit in 20 minutes. Would defo book this apartment and use internome again!
