Villa Tatiana Denia, Valencian Community

Very happy with the house (small things communicated to improve) and above all with the attention of Interhome, C. in Barcelona and M. and another colleague in Dénia.

The outdoor space is perfect with the swimming pool, table with parasol, parking for at least 2 vehicles inside, and a beautiful olive tree to be able to get in the shade on the deckchairs. The interior is modern, with a large air-conditioned living room, a dressing room, 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 toilets and a beautiful modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. No problem apart from the electric gate which sometimes has trouble closing, and the parquet floor in the living room which is a little damaged on the kitchen side. Top rental.

The house is beautiful but it urgently needs to be renovated. Outdated furniture, worn bathrooms, no smart TV, a filthy mat under the coffee table… The wifi also didn't work for the first few days and there was a serious blockage in the pipes. This has been solved on day 4. To top it all off, the roof started to leak on the last day. Earning money from such a beautiful villa: agree, but an effort must be made to continue to be worth the villa.

The house is actually very nice and (still) quiet. Whether it will stay that way remains to be seen, as there is a restaurant directly across the street that was previously closed, but now obviously has a new owner. The house is getting on in years and should be renovated in one place or another (bathroom). The barbecue area is in desperate need of renovation. We didn't use it like that. Otherwise everything was available and the rooms were very clean. Good support from Interhome.

We have been very comfortable, the house is a pleasure, for distribution, finishes and comfort. To repeat.

The house, the outdoor gardens, the pool very well. Modern decor. A quiet environment in the mountains but with views of the beach. The only thing is access a bit complicated. One room constantly smelled musty. And the insects (mosquitoes and roaches) have been unpleasant company during our stay.

Spectacular house. Clean and with everything you need to enjoy it. We were able to really enjoy the pool. Excellent location with a lot of tranquility and beautiful views. We will repeat without any doubt.

When we arrived it was superb, we were delighted but as the holidays progressed, many things were wrong. This rental lacks maintenance to be really good. The wifi never worked, problem with the induction, the dishwasher, hair dryer HS, shutter HS, etc ...

An unforgettable vacation. The villa is as the photos show. All very clean and exquisite decoration. It is located in the mountains but by car in five minutes you are on the beaches and in the center of Denia. Without a doubt, I may return again and without hesitation I will choose interhome for my vacation rental.

Ideal location in Denia, remote from the center while being 5 minutes by car (degraded road but as is often the case). Modern interior, clean, perfect bedding, well equipped (except dishes because no stemware, no coffee maker only XXX). Perfect exterior with deckchairs, parasols, shade under the olive trees, barbecue ... the swimming pool is top notch and its exposure allows it to rise to 31 degrees. Ideal parking with very large space, 2 stores (XXX to XXX) a few minutes by car. The rental would have deserved the term excellent if the dishwasher had worked normally, the electric gate had not been out of order, and the air conditioning had also been in the bedrooms and not just the hallway and living room. Nevertheless we will come back to it without problem.

Modern, very spacious and fully equipped. Good mattresses. There are, however, several points that need to be addressed. We have put these points on paper for XXX as the house will be rented out for the next 3 months. These are not complaints for the time being, but points for attention that the coming guests may be able to submit complaints about. It was a fantastic week in a lovely house.
