The location of the apartment is very, very good. Very close to the beach, with some restaurants and a huge Consum supermarket just across the street. The urbanization is very good. Having a parking space included is another very good aspect. The apartment is on the ground floor with a terrace and direct access to the pool, so it is great with children. The apartment is fine but could be improved if it had air conditioning (it only has low tower fans in each room) and a dishwasher.
