Spacious apartment, some updates required (extractor hood, bathroom furniture, for example), central location, 2 large balconies at the rear with lots of sun. Beautiful view from the front of palms and sea. Unfortunately, the building is noisy, we regularly had noise pollution from the upstairs neighbors! Problem with toilet and hot water quickly resolved by Interhome.

A downside were the numerous mice in the entire building.

Nice apartment, bigger than we thought. We loved the sea view! The advantages: well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.), air conditioning, bathroom in the master bedroom and the second bathroom for children adjoining their bedrooms. The little minus: the road just below the residence with a lot of traffic (we live in the countryside and are therefore not used to this traffic). We recommend this rental.

Very old house, with unbearable noise from the Denia-Javea road. Well equipped and clean. Good wifi connection.
