Nueva Playa

Beautiful, well-kept and quiet place, the perfect pool and the proximity to the beach is the best. Very quiet and family-friendly beach. The house has a very nice and cozy decoration, clean and with everything you need.

Regarding our stay at Nueva Playa, everything was perfect, the development was in an ideal location, and the apartment had needed improvements to the shower, the window with access to the patio and the double bed, the mattress being very uncomfortable and noisy. Finally, it is indicated that the apartment has Wi-Fi access but this is terrible, if not non-existent.

The location of the residential complex is directly on a beautiful sandy beach. You have showers and you only have to walk a few steps from your apartment. Perfect! The apartment is actually very nice, but unfortunately it stinks a lot in the bathroom (scent dispenser is not enough) and the closets. The 2 single mattresses are saggy. You have everything you need for cooking. The terrace faces the meadow, which the other residents like to use. It's just a few steps to the beautiful pool.

I've been staying in the same apartment for seven years and the same incidents still haven't been resolved. Such as, the Wi-Fi signal is very weak, the Spanish television channels do not download and we could not watch television for 15 days, the strong stench in the bathroom intermittently becomes unbearable and there is a leak in the dish of shower that puddled the whole bathroom every time you shower. The location of the apartment is unbeatable on the beachfront and the urbanization is beautiful.

An oasis, we will return without hesitation !!!

The condition of the apartment can be improved. The cleaning on arrival was very superficial and we had to start cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. For the price it has, there are some details that should be more careful. The attention from the real estate staff has been perfect at all times.
