The residence is very pleasant, nice swimming pool and quiet. The beach 200 meters away is very pleasant. The apartment is well located but the level of maintenance was below our expectations. System for moving the sun curtain on the terrace out of order, blind closing the French window only remaining half open despite the intervention of a technician, extractor hood out of order, window locks out of order, forcing the shutters to be closed when absent. Too bad...

The apartment is generally good, but there are some details that make it lose points. The general cleaning is very poor. It needs some improvements and updating. The furniture is average. Access to the facilities of the urbanization from the house is super comfortable. The beach is about 100 meters away.

the house, in general, is very good. The only big problem is the double bed. The springs of the bed are nailed all over the body and make it very difficult to rest. Without a doubt, without this great inconvenience, we would repeat the experience next year.
