Beautiful view, pool, and location. The house is dilapidated and needs renovation. There's mold on the kitchen ceiling, and a musty smell in the bedrooms, downstairs wardrobes, and kitchen cabinets. There's an unpleasant odor from the air conditioning in the ground floor rooms. There are no mosquito nets in the downstairs or upstairs bedrooms.

Nice house, great outdoor area, although they need to refurbish the furniture; it's very old and there's too much, especially the loungers and chairs. Spectacular pool.

House with all amenities. Not overlooked by neighbors. 5 minutes from a supermarket and 7 minutes from the beach.

Great location, the view is fantastic, but unfortunately there are no fly screens, so there are lots of mosquitoes. A fresh coat of paint in the rooms would work wonders, and new garden furniture would also improve the impression. The price was naturally appropriate.

The location of the holiday home is good and the views are stunning. The house is clean and well equipped. The yard areas could use a little updating. All in all, a good holiday home to spend your holiday.

The house, garden and location were beautiful. We complained that holiday guests did not report broken items to Interhome. As a result, we had to replace and repair a number of things at the beginning. Interhome always helped us in a friendly, quick and straightforward manner. Cleanliness was not monitored. Dirty dishes and sanitary facilities were not so clean. But despite everything, we enjoyed the location and the view of the sea. The garden and pool are great. We really enjoyed it.

This villa was very good for our complement of 5/6. Three toilets and showers (1 more at the swimming pool) and 3 bedrooms, good size balconies and lounge. The kitchen was small but we weren’t there to cook. 2 fridge/freezer. The highlight was the swimming pool, quite large and quite deep (~2m). On a steep hill so car essential. Beaches not within walking distance of villa but with the pool we did not care.

Most everything was good except the cleaning on the patio! A group of furniture at the outdoor grill was not cleaned. Then it was very messy with keys to the house, 2 large bunches of keys with keys that you had no idea where they went! No explanation!

Great, everything well cared for, with views of both the sea and the mountains, the management of the company is very good and the facilities and the fantastic house, I recommend it

The house is in a fantastic location, the view of the whole city and the sea is terrific. WiFi and air conditioning worked fine. The staff in the Interhome office were very friendly and helpful.

On the whole we were unfortunately very disappointed. The service was outrageously booking problematic and there was no inspection when the keys were handed over. Now you can still call your 300 € deposit afterwards! Internet didn't work at all for the first few days. Communication to the sedentary interhome was miserable

Outstanding views from bedroom on 2nd floor! Very nice house! We live in Denia and we wanted run away weekend. We found peace in your house and enjoyed a lot! Definitely we will come back again ☺️

Good rental very quiet on the heights of Denia. The view is superb and the swimming pool as well as the splendid garden. However, be careful, the air conditioning is only installed in one room and I find that the interhome site does not explain it enough when we filter on the air conditioning criteria. Fans are installed on the ceilings of the other rooms but the cleanliness was not there ... The house is well equipped or even too much so sometimes furniture nibbles the space. The kitchen is small with aging appliances. The TV is in French so for us it was fine even if less exotic. Finally, but that is not the fault of interhome mosquitoes are there ... We were looking for rest and calm we had but these small downsides can be important for other occupants ...

Villa located on the heights of Dénia which allows to have a magnificent view, but which sometimes causes wind. The part of the first floor is completely new (1 double bed with SLB + air conditioning), but which can only be accessed from the outside. The ground floor is partly renovated (living room / dining room), on the other hand the kitchen is small with a fridge which needs to be changed. Then you will find two bedrooms with an SLB. the downside is that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms only ceiling fans. The pool is perfect, you will enjoy 2 terraces (1 on the lounge side and 1 not very far from the pool on the BBQ side). Overall we had an excellent stay with the family, the air conditioning on the ground floor would be a plus.
