The house is large and furnished with everything you need. Rooms are large with fitted wardrobes. The beds comfortable. The pool is a great size and cannot be seen from the hotel across the street. It is 100m to the stone beach and about 700m to the sandy beach. Nice restaurants nearby and the way to the port of Denia about 10 minutes away by car.

interior renovated; with new kitchen. Outdoor area / pool would need an overhaul slowly. Appropriate, but it is crumbling... Pool of a good size, with sun exposure almost all day. Sun is a problem with a non-functioning parasol on this property, since the terrace is also sunlit in the afternoon, e.g. T. lying in the sun. The directly neighboring hotel with 18 rooms facing the villa may also be problematic - it can get noisy from time to time. Mosquito repellent necessary all day!

The house is very good, it has everything. It has a patio around the house, with another stone table in the back. The perfect pool.

very nice location in the town of Denia with beautiful picisine, very close access to a pebble beach. Kitchen level, not enough cutlery for a family of 4. In terms of beds, master bedroom with only 2 beds, a single double bed would be more comfortable. It's been 2 times that we come to this house, we are always delighted however we note that the house lacks maintenance renovation / damage because very excellent but which will not last in the long term in my opinion

In general, I could say that everything is fine, but if we go into details, things change. For the price of the week, I think there are things that should be much better. The furniture in general needs a renovation. In particular, the condition of the mattresses leaves much to be desired, but the pillows are already a trial. ... There is barbecue, but there are no utensils to use. You have to look for life to make use of it. And the pool needs better maintenance.

The holiday home was just like in the pictures, everything was beautiful. Even a new kitchen has been added, beautiful and modern. The only thing that could be criticized would be that there are no wooden beds, as you can see in the pictures. There are only headboards made of wood with metal slatted beds, but you could still sleep on them. All in all, it was a super nice relaxing vacation, we'd love to come back.
