The house was in good condition. However, due to its location on the mountain, it was often very windy/stormy, so that you couldn't sit on the veranda even though it was 21 to 25 degrees.

Great holiday home with stunning sea views, very good facilities and a quiet, elevated location!

The accommodation met all my needs. Despite the fact that it was somewhat out of town, we never had difficulty parking and being able to walk around the area. We had a shopping area very close. If I had to point out something negative, it was that we did not have night light in the pool to be able to bathe with the girls in a safer way. Very good cleaning and everything correct.

Beautiful and comfortable house. Little to note. Located in a quiet street near a natural park ideal for walkers and cyclists. Close to the center of Denia (5m car). Denia is a beautiful city with many shops, promenade, restaurants. 7 minutes to department store. You do need a car. Actually few negatives. The pool is a bit on the small side.

We were very comfortable for a week. A fairly complete and very comfortable house. I would only put two drawbacks. We lack a microodas, since, although it has many appliances, when you go with babies it makes things easier for you. The second downside we found was the thorough cleaning. That is, the house was clean, but due to current times they should do a little more thorough cleaning, because on the last day we looked under the beds in case something had fallen off and we found other items of clothing.

The house was very clean and you could tell that it had been recently painted and some remodeling done, just GREAT !!!

Holiday home Leon is a nice holiday home with a practical layout. The kitchen and bathrooms are neat and nicely decorated. The terrace is nicely covered, but the patio furniture is of very basic quality. they are plastic seats, which are not very comfortable. The table was also very small for 4 people. You would like to eat outside etc..... The sunbeds were also not adjustable, so you can't read a book or anything here either. It wasn't the chairs from the internet photos. Bath towels were also very sumier, 1 large and 1 small towel per person. 1 kitchen towel. Furthermore, the location of the house was beautiful and the house well cared for.

Everything was great and we were very happy with the whole thing. Minor problems were caused by the alarm system and the lack of / instructions for it on public holidays. Wi-fi code should be provided in advance or on site. In summary, we could come to this house again.

Beautiful location, at the foot of the mountain. Great for a challenging hike. The house is really nice, has everything Ayou need, awesome showers. Really very lovely view on either side of the house.

We spent 2 weeks in this house, very well located because it is close to the city center. The house is very clean well maintained and modern it is very nice. The pool is perfect for the family and the neighborhood is quiet. A great house !!!
