La Rosaleda Apartment 3

WE ARRIVED IN DENIA AND HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE TO COLLECT THE KEYS WHICH ARE 15 MINUTES FROM THE APARTMENT. TO CALL FOR THE RESERVATION YOU CALL AND THEY ONLY SPEAK TO YOU IN ENGLISH FOR A FEW HOURS, NOT IN SPANISH. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE VERY NICE. WE ARRIVED AT THE APARTMENT, THERE WAS ONLY AIR CONDITIONING IN ONE ROOM, IN THE OTHER TWO ROOMS THERE WERE FANS. ONE PILLOW WAS DISCARDED AND THE DOUBLE BED WAS SAVING. THE TV IN THE LIVING ROOM WAS PRESSING EXIT EVERY MINUTE TO BE ABLE TO WATCH IT.

I had sent you a list of defects on September 12th, the broken light in the hallway was really annoying; after a week you reacted and sent UNANNOUNCED tradesmen, who couldn't even identify themselves. I noticed that the apartment light had been on a few days before, it couldn't possibly have been me, so there must have been "VISITS" there before. TERRIFYING I then decided to leave the apartment immediately. Oh yes; the living room light is off,

Hello, it's a shame that the rental was poorly equipped, lack of cutlery, bulbs not changed, purchase of power strip! Do not invite people to lunch! Too minimalist. On the other hand, this year we had to wait well after 4:15 p.m. to get the keys to the rental, we arrived at the agency around 11 a.m. to find out if it was free. We were told to wait for their phone call in the early afternoon, which was not done!!! To be continued
