Oliva Nova Golf: Cosy apartment block "Green Beach", 4 storeys, built in 2001. 5 km from the centre of Oliva, 15 km from the centre of Dénia, in the district Oliva Nova Golf Beach, 500 m from the sea. For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool kidney-shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Single garage. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Oliva

A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia).
