The arrival at the house was regular. The house is very close to the pool, although the nearest door was closed due to covid. The card they gave us didn't work and we had to call to have it changed. We had to ask for a high chair because when we arrived they had not put it in despite having indicated it in the reservation. Upon arrival the screen had been changed and we were told that until the next day we could not use the shower. The mattresses are HORRIBLE. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it.
