In the district of Sorts de la mar, Playa Almadrava, 2.5 km from the centre of Els Poblets, 10 km from the centre of Dénia, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach. Private: property (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 6 m, depth 150 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar 300 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 800 m, shingle beach 150 m. Marina 12 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, sports centre 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

We (2 adults 2 children) have just arrived back from staying at this villa in El Poblets Denia, we had an amazing time, the villa was perfect for us , very quiet and peaceful with everything you need for a nice chilled holiday, pool was great for the kids with the outside area and very secure with gates that can be locked. The villa was great with everything you need for a self contained holiday. The area is quiet with a supermarket, 2 beach’s and restaurants in walking distance.

The pool was the highlight, nice and deep. Water quality was checked. Cleanliness (dust) could be better, radiator fan blades air conditioning. Kitchen: sink cabinet should be checked, musty.

Good, we have been 11 nights, the distribution of the house is perfect, and it has everything you need, if it is true that there are things to change, the mattress is urgent, it is very sunken, the blinds and windows are very difficult to open and close, the pool is almost always dirty because of the palm trees they have, which provide shade all morning, privacy is scarce, nice with neighbors and the wall is low, the gate key is the same as the house key, so the gardener etc, has the key.

For our requirements and the price / performance ratio, the accommodation is largely as far as possible. However, there are a few things that can or should be improved, e.g. (mosquito nets, blinds broken, bathroom moldy, kitchen utensils not clean, etc.) but otherwise completely okay for vacation.

Inadequate kitchen equipment. For example, no cutting board, no cleaning kit from Interhome. Has that been done away with? If so, it's a shame.

Large house with all the comforts. We have enjoyed the pool, although the fact that it covers so much has not allowed us many games in the water. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Large house with everything you need, large pool, very close to the beach, a set of towels for the pool is needed. To highlight and thank the customer service of the Denia office with a mishap that I had during the stay which was solved very quickly and efficiently.

My husband and I enjoyed a week in this house with an adequate distribution to our expectations both inside and outside. We really liked the spaciousness of the room. We really enjoyed the porch and pool. Its proximity to the sea allowed us to enjoy relaxing walks just by crossing the street. A very pleasant stay.

Very nice house nearby, beach, small supermarket and some restaurants. Complete house with washing machine, large kitchen with everything present, including washing up liquid. Dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. There are even all kinds of books and games in the cupboard. Unfortunately, we stayed here during the Gota Fria of 2019, so we had 6 out of 7 days of clouds and rain not really being able to enjoy the outdoors and pool. Furthermore, top notch and the team on site is always ready.
