The apartment is great, very well located, 5 minutes from the beach on foot and close to the town if you don't need to take a walk. It has a great terrace and everything you need. To find a "flaw" or a possible improvement... a dishwasher would be perfect.

I loved staying at Cascadas de la Marina. I will repeat for sure. The terrace is fantastic. From here you can see the sea and it is always cool due to the sea breeze. We have been in the middle of a heat wave and it has been fantastic. The facilities, location and cleanliness are 10. There is private parking and in the same street there is always too. The beach is 2 minutes away. Denia is a cultural and gastronomic city. Fun is assured
