Nice pool, but unfortunately you can hear the pool engine. Great garage, so the car is well protected. Spacious kitchen with good pots and pans. The mattresses on both beds are very good. Some maintenance/repairs are needed. The Interhome team on site responded well to our inquiries. During our stay in mid- to late September, there was a lot going on in the surrounding area, including gardening, house construction, etc. It's probably quieter during peak season.

Mold infestation in the house, pool and garden neglected, and various repairs required. Interhome's on-site support was at times rude and completely unhelpful. See the entire email exchange, including photos. The view is fantastic. Very quiet.

It was our second stay at Villa Bellavista. The house is very well furnished and has a very good location with a magnificent view of the sea. However, a big compliment goes to the staff at the Interhome office in Denia. We had a water leak in one place in the front garden. The water was turned off by the authorities while we were away. Interhome remedied the problem the same day, restored the water supply and fixed the problem. Great class

The house was very well equipped and in a beautiful location with a lovely sea view. The pool was large and well maintained once a week. At this point it should not go unmentioned that the pool boys not only cleaned the pool, but also the rest of the outdoor facilities. Despite the energy crisis, Interhome's ancillary costs were far too high. We had to pay a flat rate of over EUR 400 for electricity. 3 years ago it was about 80 EUR.

The chalet was very nice and I agreed as expected. Sufficiently equipped. A couple of setbacks arose, of which the Interhome Denia staff quickly dealt with. Very satisfied with the treatment received, and the attention.

The villa met our expectations! It just lacked a barbecue to make it perfect and a few more degrees at the pool which is in the shade from 4:00 p.m. The 2 umbrellas were unusable.

The house is a bit far from the beach, but it is very comfortable and quiet in it. It lacks utensils because it has few plates, cutlery, pans ... It is also a little neglected, some things broken and poorly maintained and a little dirty. Access to the house is via stairs, which is not feasible for people with reduced mobility.

The house Bellavista leaves nothing to be desired it is located directly under the Montgo in a quiet area in a dead end. Very nice view of Denia and the sea. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. (Swiss standard) Very good beds with comfortable mattresses. Even in windy weather you will find a sheltered place. The room outside the house is beautiful and cozy with its own toilet and shower. The pool is cleaned every week. Lockable garage for one car.
