Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Heel comfortabel, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, maar echt alles. Geriefelijken keuken met 4 kookplaten. Alles zeer netjes en proper. Met smaak ingericht, leuke muurdecoraties. Wat alles overtreft is het prachtige uitzicht, met mooie zonsopgang en maan.

Situación, piscina comunitaria y vistas estupendas. Buen baño y cocina. El apartamento en si deja que desear en ciertos aspectos, algún mobiliario desfasado y descuidado, no funcionaba el mando de la tv ni el ventilador, es un último piso y el calor fué insoportable varios días.
