The apartment was close to the center, which was good. To be fixed: - the floor drain of the shower was blocked. - the freezer was so frozen that the boxes didn't move. - a lot of flies near the front door and at the pool. The reason is the garbage cans on the adjacent lot. - the living room ceiling leaks when it rains.

Leaking dishwasher, shower head. Faulty light in the kitchen. Shutter in one of the bedrooms blocked. Air conditioning in one of the bedrooms that is starting to malfunction. Very bad seating of the chairs in the dining room. This year, for the price that continues to increase, 80% increase in 4 years, the rental services are now very dilapidated and the value for money is no longer there. The owners absolutely must review the comfort.

I liked it a lot...cleanliness 10 out of 10...except for the rear part, which is a bit poorly used.

We have had a wonderful vacation. The location and the villa are ideal to spend some very quiet days and to be able to rest. If we can, we will repeat.

Villa in a dead end, dominant superb view dilapidated furnishings, mosquito nets and air conditioning at the top superb swimming pool sunny practically all day, we regretted not knowing the days of the passage of the maintenance staff of the swimming pool which has a double and enters to Waste bins next to the villa a plus, a minus for us it did not cause any impact during our stay.

House with spectacular conditions. The only drawbacks that I would put would be not having air conditioning in the living room and that both the refrigerator and the dishwasher are somewhat old. Otherwise a stay of 10
