We chose the house because of its size and location. The location is advertised as being close to the beach (300m). Unfortunately, the nearby harbor is currently being renovated, so the advertised beach is not available to us. However, there was no mention of the renovation beforehand. To visit one of the other beaches, we had to take the car, which we didn't really want to do with 5 children.
