The truth is that the community is a very pleasant place... The pool is spotless, and the caretaker, P., is a good person, very friendly. While the apartment was quite nice, I have a few complaints... the televisions in the bedrooms didn't work, nor did the ceiling fan. The bedside tables in the bedroom need a coat of paint... Aside from those minor issues, everything else is great.
