House almost perfect for my needs and the group of 6 friends with whom I traveled, first of all for the presence of 4 rooms with 3 bathrooms available. There was everything you could need, the large sunny terrace was beautiful, as was the patio with outdoor table, and the large garage was comfortable enough for two cars. A further plus is the very quiet and peaceful area, but with the seafront within reach of a short walk.

We enjoyed the villa, almost everything was there. We were eight adults and had a good time. A small detail, there were only four sun loungers for the pool. The location is also excellent.

The truth is that at first it was difficult for me to decide because, well, in a company there is no management, it was rent, I thought that it would not be the same as an individual, so I was pleasantly surprised. At least the person who attended me on December 24 behaved very well, that gives me security. Happy New Year !!!

A very nice furnished apartment, quietly accommodating 8 people. It has everything you need for a comfortable apartment. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven. A big plus is the garage where you can keep and service bikes. The apartment is clean and tidy.

Villa and amenities were very good for our group of 8 people consisting of 2 families. Plenty of space for us all. 10-15 mins walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants so no need for a car, plus it’s flat. There are vegan options in some restaurants. Calpe as a location is excellent. Two beautiful beaches with promenades. Restaurants and bars on both. Only criticism is I would have preferred to have been met at the villa rather than getting keys from the office.

The house in general as we expected. On arrival the cleaning was poor, they had to send someone to check it. The toaster did not work, on the third day they brought us a new one, the wifi did not work either and they sent to change the antenna. The boiler also broke down on the third day. Although everything was solved, they are things that must be checked before the tenants arrive.
