In our first contact with the office staff, we were told that the apartment included a parking space. When we occupied the apartment, we saw that this space was 300 m from the accommodation and not within the urbanisation as it has been in all these last years when we have booked with Interhome. For us, it was a problem to leave the car in an open field, being a car that had only been there for 15 days, but I think that the information was not as detailed as on other occasions. They gave us the house uncleaned, with the bathroom full of remains from previous tenants, without sheets or towels. We called the reference phone number, and they answered in English, telling us that they could not do anything for us because the people who speak Spanish had already gone home. We managed to speak to an emergency phone number, and they sent a person to clean a bathroom and put sheets and towels on, but they did not clean the house because it was too late. Unforgivable.
