The location is a bit tricky to reach by car. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the promenade, which involves walking a bit along the sandy beach. The center is really quick, a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment has a great panoramic view. We thought it would have its own private garden. That's not actually the case. At least, it's neither well-maintained nor fenced. But that wasn't a problem for us. The apartment is nice and clean.
