House newly renovated and modern, all electricity works. Unfortunately, it is never as beautiful as it seems. The beds are small. The furnishings are sparse and some chairs are broken. The garden furniture is of poor quality. And the house has a sewer problem. The large bathroom can flood because the small drain in the driveway is clogged and if there is no blockage, there is a sewer stench in the large bathroom. This is a recurring problem. The Interhome team helped us tremendously to solve it

Beautiful house and good location. Defects: - missing wardrobe - missing bedside lamps - heating and warm water failed (was repaired the next day - slatted frame of one bed fell out (was probably only glued... - water in a bathroom did not drain (was repaired the same day)

Inside everything is new and clean except not enough spoons, knifes etc. Outside is bit neglected and not very clean. 3 parasols but only 1 standard. Sunbeds should be replaced : 1 is about to break, 2 others way too hard to lay on. Condens water airco drips into a basket which has to be emptied every 1-2 days. Pool itself is very clean. It is obvious that Interhome takes no notice of the comments because I've read some before our stay and nothing has changed......

The best air conditioning. Needs better maintenance, such as broken towel racks, steps in poor condition, and missing tiles on pool steps.

We spent a week in September and we were very comfortable. The house is renovated. Correct installations. Perfect wifi connection. Great pool. Correct cleaning. With air conditioning in all rooms. With barbecue. Just note that there is no shower outside but you can use the small bathroom that is inside and the door leads to the pool. Lack of cutlery (there were neither spoons nor knives) and shelves inside the built-in closets to store clothes.

Excellent weeks spent in this Bonavilla house. On arrival, the house was clean, recently renovated, except for the bedding. It is very well located in the city of Calp, well equipped (oven, air conditioning…), top swimming pool and regularly maintained by the pool specialist. Lots of space, inside and out and the neighborhood is great.

We spent a wonderful week in this house, the interior has been refurbished. Lack just a little crockery and garden furniture to change parasol table because dilapidated but everything else was perfect I recommend with eyes closed
