POSTIVES - the location - in a quiet street but only 5 minutes walk from beach and calpe old town. NEGATIVES - The studio is very dated and needs a complete refurbishment to bring it up to standards expected in 2023. No air conditioning , no wi-fi , no washing machine. Bathroom also very dated. The bed is a sofa bed with a mattress put on top

Lovely studio for couples. Close to the beach shops bars. Quaet neighbourhood. You have everything wat you need. Top floor big patio terrace shower bath kitchen . It's nice to stay spring time because summer time needs to be air-conditioning to be fitted in that flat, other way will be to hot inside.
