The price of the flat is somewhat cheaper than the competition, but the condition of the flat is not. The toilet lids do not stay up, the air conditioning does not cool properly, the cleaning could be improved, the air filters were full of dust, the terrace was left uncleaned. The entrance door does not open properly and the one in the flat gets stuck and is very difficult to close. There are plenty of kitchenware and the right equipment.
