VERY PLEASANT HOUSE WELL LOCATED IN THE HEIGHTS OF CALP RESIDENTIAL AREA THE ONLY DOWNPOINT FOR THIS HOUSE TO BE PERFECT: C IS THAT THE AIR CONDITIONING IS INSTALLED. AS FOR THE POOL EXCELLENT!!!!

Insistent kitchenware, not a single glass, pans of the same size and disgustingly dirty, blinds that don't work, lights and switches that don't either. Cleaning is limited to sweeping and scrubbing the floor, the rest has shit from the year you order. The garden is dry, or the automatic watering works. We watered it what we could, a couple of times. Needs a total overhaul. The only good thing it has, the pool, is perfect

Nice house (only ground floor) that is perfectly located with a very well maintained swimming pool. Although the house does not have air conditioning, it remains cool if you keep the windows open. The property is very close to the center of calpe and supermarkets.

Kitchenware and basic things very scarce and the pergola that is in the photos does not exist, the barbecue quite dirty. Good pool and location.
