Beautiful, cosy house "Mi Ami", 3 storeys. In the centre of Altea, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 600 m from the sea, 600 m from the beach. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest. Please note: not suitable for children under 2 years.

Cosy, historical, picturesque resort with 24'300 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position with beautiful view, 50 km north-east from Alicante, 125 km south-east from Valencia. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, attractions. Fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 15 km. Cultural events Fiestas de Moros y Cristianos Septiembre, Fuegos Artificiales Nocturnos L'Olla. Bodega. Cata de Vinos Alfaz del Pi. Access: motorway AP7 ALICANTE - VALENCIA, exit number 64 "ALTEA / CALPE". Then road N332. Railway station in the resort. Bus connection. Pretty, picturesque old town with shops. Lovely seaside promenade. Many international artists are based in Altea, giving the town a bohemian character. Golf course. Market on Tuesdays.
