Access keys, parking lot, apartment reproduced unprofessionally, hence the endless and hopeless trial and error. Insufficient and inappropriate cutlery. Master bedroom: Closet unusable due to nauseous odor fumes (air conditioning water evacuation or others.) The rest of the rental is correct, magnificent view, nice balcony. Nearby beach, shops and pleasant population. Affordable and valuable public transport.

We were there as a spouse with two cats and there were no problems. There was quick response to inquiries. The customer service was super friendly and the Interhome team on site was very friendly and always available. The handover of the keys went smoothly and everything was explained in very understandable English. The apartment had exactly the same view as in the ad and everything was very clean and better than expected! Recommended, everything as in the description!

There was probably air conditioning debris in the closet. Otherwise, everything else nice and satisfying.

apartment according to photos, very well located. calm residence everything was perfect except maybe the mattress of the parental room which starts to age ..... the interhome team of benidorm very nice thank you to them.

Kitchen has been refitted but there was no oven, only microwave & fridge door kept coming open. Fairly clean but bathroom taps filthy & whole bathroom needs refit. All woodwork primitive and warped, door difficult to unlock. Whole place needs upgrade. Noisy dusty roadworks (flood defence) below from 8am - 6pm no advanced warning. Bedding cheap& antiquated.New air con excellent but installation amature & none in front bedroom.Fab position & parking. Overlooks beach & good local shops & bars etc.
