Communication with the key holder was difficult/poor. There was a leak in the bathroom. During the key handover, the gate key was forgotten. We received little response to our calls and messages. An hour before the official departure time, the Wi-Fi was turned off, and the pool cleaners were already in the house. The house itself was clean, but it was in need of some renovation; everything is old and needs replacing.

Collecting keys from safe was perfect for us arriving really late. Property itself: Light switches in living area didn’t work. The switch for external light outside small balcony didn’t always work. The shower leaked through vent above mirror in living area and lastly there were only 2 sun loungers which wasn’t ideal as there was 4 of us staying. Otherwise accommodation was perfect.

The 3 floor house is situated towards to far end of the Rincon de loix, within walking distance to all amenities.Note the house is towards the top of a quite steep road, near the aqua park.The house is on a private gated residential estate and is spacious comfortable and was ideal for us 4 adults. Beds are comfy, kitchen well equipt & excellent aircon.Outside is private & gets sun mainly in afternoon Bathrooms would benefit from upgrading,however this wouldn't stop us returning to Mar y Montana

Accommodation average. Heating adequate except fire not working. Glass tops on tables loose. Glass display not secured leaning against wall. Not suitable for adults and children a no no. Television useless remote no good .Water missing 36 hours flushed toilets with swimming pool water unable wash and shower. Complained loud banging contuous mon to fri 8am 7pm. Unable stay inside ruined holiday Interhome sympathetic offered inferior apartment not accepted. Compensation requested

Communication with Interhome Benidorm went smoothly. Since we were traveling with a baby, we were allowed to pick up the keys immediately and move in at 11 am. Very bl The first impression was enthusiastic but it didn't last long. To start with the hygiene, there was no vacuum cleaner (otherwise we would have started that immediately) and the mopping might have been on the schedule after their siesta because the floor was really not clean. I could write so much more but my text is unfortunately too limited!

very good facilities and in the kitchen there was everything, the pool is the only downside, it is very slippery, and in one room there is no air conditioning unit, otherwise very good

We were just a couple. We wanted to be away from the crowds and we succeeded. Parking + private pool and close to Benidorm. Nearby there are very good hiking trails for us. Key collection and very good office attention.

Very complete house to spend a few days in the pool and barbecue. Some rooms are a bit dated but all very complete. The garage is a bit difficult to park. The urbanization is very quiet and the house is very private. The attention of the agency is excellent. They are very attentive, friendly and efficient. Recommendable.

I hired the house for four days and it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of facilities to make your own meals, WiFi, air con and a nice small pool. Although the thermostat was broken meaning the pool was very cold, not help be awful weather. Overall we enjoyed the house and it was in a great location.
