Very nice house close to Pueblo and beach. Air conditioning on 2nd floor did not cool the bedrooms very well. Other than that it was perfect for our needs

We have stayed 7 people for 3 nights and the house has been very comfortable and comfortable in every way. It has all kinds of kitchen utensils, Wi-Fi Internet, smart TV ... A very quiet and pleasant patio but to put a negative comment, there would be a corner missing to be able to properly separate the waste since there is enough space to put it in the kitchen or the garage and the containers on the street are 20 meters away. There are many mosquitoes and there are no mosquito nets.

The house did not have a swimming pool and at the time of renting it it was advertised with a children's pool. What there was was an inflatable raft. Very hot, despite having two air conditioners. The rest good. Clean and spacious rooms. Very hot. The sun was shining on the house.

The house is very well located, five minutes walk to the beach and five minutes from the center of Benicasim, with two supermarkets two minutes away. Large and very well equipped kitchen. On the terrace you can have breakfast and dinner. We will try to repeat another year.

The accommodation is good value for money, B. received us and treated us very well, but on his night all the clubs in the neighborhood are heard, and also parties in the chalet next door. It is not recommended if you want to rest. Otherwise location relatively close to the beach and very close to markets. The decor is ugly, the house dark, but everything works well and the space makes up for it.

The house is located in an unbeatable area, since it is close to both the town and the beach, in a quiet area. Highly recommended. On the other hand, the house is as seen in the photos, in perfect condition and with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
