Spacious and bright, fully renovated in 2021, beautiful and modern furnishings: open living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. We were very pleased with the house. It's ideal for families with children. It has all the amenities you need, so we didn't miss a thing. A little info: the beach in Altea is pebbled, so you'll need swimming shoes. If you don't like that, the sandy beach in Calpe is only a 20-minute drive away. The pool is very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended! Thanks to L.

Very well appointed house, shared swimming pool but not very busy. Easy to access and air-conditioned house, perfect for the summer heat.
