Holiday Rental Description
This minimal studio in Opañel is just the spot if you’re seeking a fuss-free stay just outside of Madrid’s bustling centre. There are no frills here, but it’s convenient for remote working and cooking up light bites when you feel like staying in. The balcony has no seating but still makes for a good spot to share sundowners. We think this apartment is best suited to two, though there is a sofa bed if you need it. Private parking is available, though we suggest making use of the city’s transport links – Urgel metro station is within walking distance.
Home truths: *Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
*While this home accommodates four, two will be sleeping on the sofa bed. We think that since this is a studio apartment, it might be a little tight for four guests.
*This home was purpose-built for rentals, so it's not the most soulful or charming space.
*The kitchen is fairly compact and may be best suited to light bites rather than big dinners.
*You won't find a desk here, but the high-top table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*There is covered parking in the same building.
