Holiday Rental Description

This apartment is small but sleek, ideal for a fuss-free stay. It has all the essentials – a desk for remote working, a well-appointed (albeit compact) kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom. At full capacity, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed. Space is a bit snug when it's in use, though, so we reckon this home is better suited to two. Location-wise, Avenida de América is a five-minute stroll away, ready and waiting to whisk you off to the city centre. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, too.
