The host has a great eye for stylish furniture – from the marble kitchen counter to the lavish patterned rugs, you'll love the luxurious feel. Practise your Spanish-style cooking in the kitchen before serving your culinary creations to your guests at the gorgeous dining table. Then, after dinner, open up a bottle of Rioja and head out to the private balcony to watch the world go by from above.

There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, serving everything from traditional tapas to ramen and tacos. Madrid's historic square, Plaza Mayor, is just a two-minute walk away from your front door, as is the famous Puerta del Sol. You'll also find several museums and theatres in the surrounding area, and if you fancy exploring another part of the city then simply hop on the metro at Sol station – it's just a couple of minutes away.
