Holiday Rental Description

If you want to stay in a prestigious neighbourhood, how about this home in Salamanca? There are plenty of designer boutiques, art galleries and fine-dining restaurants to explore in the area. Naturally, you will hear some city noise here. This south-facing apartment is light and bright, and we love the Juliet balcony off the open-plan living room with its leafy Ayala Street views. There’s not much food preparation space in the kitchen, but that said, it’s well-equipped, and you can always let your host arrange for a private chef to cook some authentic tapas dishes.

Home truths:
*Upon arrival, guests will find two dishwasher tablets, a small bottle of liquid detergent, a tea towel and a sponge.
*While the cloakroom isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Your hosts provide a small welcome pack with coffee, milk, biscuits and water so you can feel at home when you arrive.
*You can store your luggage for free at your host's office.
*Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
